Lightwave Tall Tubular Battery (LW-TTB-150AH)

The LW-TTB-150AH is a high-performance tall tubular battery designed for long-lasting backup and durability. It features high-performance tubular plates with an ultra-frequency vibration filling process, ensuring uniform paste density throughout the plate for longer life and consistent backup. The PbSn+Tech primary lead alloy composition, along with advanced high-pressure die-casting machines, ensures defect-free casting with high resistance to corrosion.

Specially formulated expanders for active material enhance performance and increase cyclic life. The electrolyte is composed of high-purity additives to improve charge efficiency and self-life. This battery delivers excellent performance in deep cyclic applications and offers a faster recovery from deep discharge.

It includes ceramic level indicators with permitted porosity to control spilling and suppress water loss, reducing the need for frequent water topping. The high-strength polypropylene container, built with extra-dense injection molding, enhances durability. The battery complies with IS 13369:1992, IEC 60896-11, and IEC 61427-1 standards, ensuring high reliability and efficiency.

The LW-TTB-150AH operates at a nominal voltage of 12V with a capacity of 150AH and a C20 rating. (±1%). It features tubular (PbSn+Tech) positive plates, a high porosity woven tubular bag, and a high charge PE separator. The electrolyte is composed of sulfuric acid with performance additives to enhance battery efficiency.
